How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within 2 business days.
- Lebanon: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
- International: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Maison de Vauré pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 1 day of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email our client services team at contact@maisondevaure.com with your order number or via WhatsApp for faster communication.
We will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defected.
What payment methods do you accept?
For orders within Lebanon, we offer Cash on Delivery and Whish Payments.
For International orders, we accept transfer via Western Union.
